#Overview

The Active Sessions settings section lets you review the portal sessions currently signed in to your account across devices and browsers. You can sign out any non-current session you no longer recognise, or sign out all other devices while keeping the device you are using now signed in.

Client Administrators can also view and revoke active sessions for other users in their organisation from the Team surface.

> Partner roles do not have access to the Settings Active Sessions surface.

#Open Active Sessions

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. In Account and security, select Active Sessions.
  3. Use the canonical direct route /settings?section=active-sessions.

Legacy links using /settings?section=session-management are still supported and redirect to the canonical Active Sessions slug.

#Viewing Your Sessions

Each session shows a customer-safe device label, location or IP information when safely available, created time, and last active time. The portal uses a generic fallback label when AiDial can only show a raw session, browser, or user identifier.

The current session is labelled Current session and cannot be signed out from this list.

#Signing Out Sessions

Use Sign out next to a non-current session to end that session. Use Sign out all other devices to end every other active session while keeping your current browser signed in.

#Security and Scope

The Active Sessions panel uses your signed-in portal session. You do not need to enter or send an API key.

Session revocation requests are checked against your account and may be rate-limited. If the portal cannot verify your session state, refresh the page or sign in again.

Team-member session management remains Client Administrator gated from the Team surface.
